Toyota and Volvo lead automotive satisfaction rankings in South Korea

According to the ‘2026 Annual Automotive Planned Survey’ conducted by ConsumerInsight, Toyota Korea has achieved first place in both Sales Service Satisfaction (SSI) and After-Sales Service (CSI) satisfaction among both domestic and imported vehicle categories. This marks the first time Toyota has held both top positions since the integrated evaluation began in 2023. Lexus also secured second place in both categories.

In the same survey, Volvo Car Korea was ranked as the top European brand in After-Sales Service (CSI) satisfaction for the seventh consecutive year. Volvo recorded a score of 858, which is 42 points higher than the average for imported vehicles. The company attributed this performance to its investments in service networks and professional personnel training.
