Toyota celebrates 60 years of Corolla with special editions

Toyota is launching a series of 60th Anniversary special editions of the Corolla to celebrate the model's six decades of production and its status as one of the world's best-selling vehicles, with over 57 million units sold globally.

In Europe, the commemorative editions will be available for the Hatchback, Touring Sports, and Sedan body styles. The Hatchback and Touring Sports models feature a unique 'New Boreal Blue' metallic paint paired with a contrasting 'Night Sky Black' roof and pillars. These versions also include 17-inch ten-spoke alloy wheels, anniversary badging on the doors and carpets, and silver decorative accents.

The Sedan variant will be offered in a specific 'Lunar Sky Blue' shade. Most European models will utilize hybrid powertrains, including 1.8-liter and 2.0-liter options. Production for these models continues to be supported by Toyota's facilities in the United Kingdom and Turkey.

Regional availability and specific configurations vary; for example, the North American market received a limited run of 2,500 collector's editions, while European markets see a broader rollout of the anniversary styling across multiple body types.
