Toyota Crown Estate to receive minor update in November 2026

Toyota is scheduled to release a minor update for the Crown Estate on November 2, 2026. This update follows the September 2026 improvements made to other Crown models, such as the Crossover, Sport, and Sedan.

The 2026 update focuses on expanding the lineup and adjusting equipment. New grades include the ‘HEV G’ and ‘PHEV Z’, which significantly lower the entry price point. The HEV G grade starts at approximately 5.7 million yen, roughly 700,000 yen less than the previous lowest hybrid option. However, these lower-priced grades feature some reductions in equipment, such as smaller wheel sizes and fewer speakers.

Other enhancements include the standardization of cold-weather specifications across all models, the addition of digital keys for most grades, and improved audio quality via the Toyota Premium Sound System. While the core design, platform, and powertrain remain largely unchanged, the update introduces new interior color options and body color variations.
