Toyota Hiace receives new custom aero kits and stability upgrades

New aftermarket options are expanding the customization landscape for the Toyota Hiace in Japan. The brand BEECAS has introduced the ‘BabyGang’ aero kit for the Super Long body, designed to evoke the 1980s ‘Kaido Racer’ aesthetic. This kit features design elements inspired by classic models like the Nissan Skyline ‘Hakosuka’ and Toyota GX71 Mark II, including a custom front spoiler, slit spoilers, and a ducktail rear wing. The package is paired with wide BEE-01 forged wheels and specialized over-fenders designed to maintain ride comfort while achieving a low-and-wide stance.

In a different approach to customization, Proto has released the ‘D-Catlo Grand Effector GE1’ specifically for 4WD models of the 200-series Hiace and Regius Ace. Unlike aesthetic-focused kits, this front aerodynamic component aims to improve high-speed stability by managing airflow beneath the vehicle. By reducing turbulence and generating downforce, the part is intended to minimize vehicle floating and swaying during highway driving. The kit is compatible with models from the 1st to 7th generation and is constructed from a mix of stainless steel and resin.
