Toyota launches flood relief program for customers in Thailand
Toyota Motor Thailand has launched the ‘Toyota Trusted Journey’ program to assist customers affected by flooding in Thailand. The initiative covers several regions, including Bangkok, its vicinity, and parts of the central, eastern, and northern provinces.
The program is divided into three main phases: CHECK, CLAIM AND CARE, and CAR ON THE ROAD. Key services include free vehicle inspections at all Toyota service centers nationwide and 24-hour technical advice and towing coordination via a dedicated contact center.
To reduce repair costs, Toyota is offering discounts of up to 50% on participating spare parts and 30% on participating chemicals. Customers can also access 0% interest installment plans for up to 10 months through participating credit cards. For those facing total loss scenarios, Toyota Leasing provides financial measures, including interest exemptions on remaining payments up to 100,000 baht for eligible contracts, and specialized refinancing options like Sabuy Cash and Sabuy Jai with interest rates starting at 3.49%.
Additionally, customers looking to replace vehicles may access offers such as zero down payment, no guarantor requirements, and interest discounts for new Toyota vehicles or certified used Toyota Sure models.
