Toyota Material Handling Baltic celebrates 30 years in the region

Toyota Material Handling Baltic (TMHB) is celebrating its 30th anniversary of operations in the Baltic region. This milestone coincides with the 100th anniversary of its parent division, Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO).

The company emphasizes the use of the Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean methodologies, specifically the ‘Zero Muda’ (zero waste) philosophy, to drive efficiency and sustainability. By applying Kaizen principles of continuous improvement, TMHB reports a 94% first fix ratio (FFR) in its service operations, meaning the vast majority of repairs are completed during the initial visit without requiring follow-up.

To mark the anniversary, Tomas Adomaitis, the sales manager for the Lithuanian branch, announced that special offers have been prepared for clients through the company’s regional representatives.
