Toyota Real Estate acquires office building in Minami Aoyama

Toyota Real Estate has announced the acquisition of the trust beneficiary rights to an office building located in Minami Aoyama, Minato Ward, Tokyo. The property is situated in a highly accessible location, within a one-minute walk of Nogizaka Station and close to Roppongi and Aoyama-itchome stations.

Completed in March 1989, the reinforced concrete building consists of six floors above ground and two basement levels, with a total floor area of 5,861 square meters. Toyota Real Estate stated that the location's characteristics suggest stable office demand, making it a high-value asset to strengthen its revenue base. This acquisition is part of the company's ongoing strategy to expand its business scope and presence in the Tokyo area following the establishment of its Tokyo headquarters in 2024.
