Toyota Saudi Time Attack Championship begins second round in Jeddah

The second round of the 2026 Toyota Saudi Time Attack Championship has commenced at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit. Organized by the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, the event features 88 competitors participating across 11 categories, including a dedicated Women’s Cup.

The competition schedule includes administrative audits, technical inspections, and free practice sessions to allow drivers to test vehicle performance. Official races are scheduled for Friday, with the first race starting at 4:00 PM and the second at 7:15 PM. Winners in each category will be determined by the fastest recorded time across both sessions.

This round marks the beginning of the second half of the three-round season. The championship follows a successful opening round where Mamoon Amr Al-Qabbani set a new record with a time of 1:12.279. The final round of the season is slated to take place at the same circuit on October 15 and 16.
