Toyota to release limited 60th Anniversary Corolla edition

Toyota is celebrating the upcoming 60th anniversary of the Corolla by releasing a limited-production 60th Anniversary Special Edition. Only 2,500 units will be manufactured, and they will be available exclusively in the United States market.

Based on the Corolla Hybrid SE sedan, the special edition features a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a hybrid system, producing a combined 138 horsepower. The vehicle is designed to emphasize fuel efficiency, with estimated fuel economy ratings of 53 mpg in the city and 46 mpg on the highway.

Exterior enhancements include exclusive 18-inch two-tone aluminum wheels with a black finish, special 60th Anniversary decals on the rear doors, and color options in Ice Cap white or Supersonic Red. The interior is upgraded with black and red sport seats, a 10.5-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia System, and commemorative door sill plates and floor mats. The model is scheduled to arrive at dealerships in early 2027.
