Toyota unveils GR GT hybrid and GR GT3 race car at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Toyota’s motorsport division, Gazoo Racing, will present three new models at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in England from 9‑12 July 2026. The lineup includes the road‑legal GR GT, powered by a 4.0‑litre V8 twin‑turbo engine paired with a single‑motor hybrid system, and the FIA‑spec GR GT3 race car derived from the same platform. An all‑electric Lexus LFA Concept will also be displayed, showcasing the brand’s direction for future electric sports cars.

The vehicles will run on the festival’s iconic hill‑climb course without camouflage, marking their first public appearance in Europe. Additional highlights include the Le Mans‑winning #7 TR010 Hybrid, the GR Yaris Rally1, the DKR GR Hilux, the GR Yaris Aero Performance, and the RAV4 GR Sport, illustrating how Gazoo Racing’s competition experience influences Toyota’s broader model range.
