Toyota Vietnam lifts May sales with extensive discounts and financing incentives

Toyota Vietnam said its May 2026 vehicle sales rose 25% year‑on‑year, reaching almost 29,000 units since the start of the year. The best‑selling model was the B‑segment crossover Yaris Cross with 1,430 deliveries, followed by Veloz Cross (797), Corolla Cross (774) and the sedan Vios (626).

To sustain the momentum, the automaker and its dealer network are offering a range of incentives through June. Buyers of Veloz Cross and Avanza Premio can receive up to 100% of the registration fee waived, one‑year body‑insurance coverage and 0% interest on the first‑year loan. Other models such as Vios, Yaris Cross, Corolla Cross, Innova Cross, Hilux and all hybrids receive a 50% fee waiver and loan rates from 7.49% per annum for the first six months. Public‑sector employees, teachers, doctors, armed‑forces personnel and staff of large enterprises are eligible for 100% financing at preferential rates for the first two years.

Toyota also highlighted that all vehicles produced after 1997 are compatible with E10 bio‑fuel, with hybrids showing up to 7.8% lower fuel consumption, a 2.15% power increase and more than 11% emission reduction.
