Toys from Edin Džeko farewell reach Srebrenica

Toys donated by fans during Edin Džeko’s farewell from the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team have arrived in Srebrenica. The items are intended to support children requiring developmental assistance.

A portion of the toys was delivered to the “Zagrljaj” Citizens' Association and its educational office in Srebrenica. This organization provides support to children on the autism spectrum, as well as those with developmental and speech-language difficulties, and their families.

Adem Mehmedović of the “Zagrljaj” association stated that the toys will be used in daily work and that a special corner will be created to commemorate their origin from the event. Due to the high volume of donations, the association plans to distribute additional toys to other local organizations and institutions working with children in Srebrenica. The humanitarian organization Pomozi.ba organized the collection and delivery of the toys.
