TP-Link launches Tapo dual-lens security cameras in Argentina

TP-Link has expanded its Tapo brand portfolio in Argentina with the launch of three new dual-lens security cameras: the C246D, C545D, and C245D. These models are designed to monitor two different areas simultaneously using a combination of a wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens to reduce blind spots.

The devices feature intelligent tracking, where the moving lens automatically focuses on and follows an object once the fixed lens detects action. They also include one-touch smart focus capabilities. The outdoor models, such as the C545D, feature IP66 weather resistance to withstand rain, snow, dust, and extreme heat.

All three cameras are compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Samsung SmartThings. Users can store footage on a microSD card of up to 512 GB or utilize the Tapo Care cloud subscription for a 30-day video history.
