TP Mining Experience network launches to connect youth with mining industry

The TP Mining Experience network has been launched in Santiago to connect young talent and students with the mining industry. Driven by REDEG Consulting & Training, the program aims to address gaps in employability and labor insertion for young professionals within the mining ecosystem.

The initiative involves a broad coalition of partners, including AMTC from the Universidad de Chile, the Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce, ChileValora, and various mining engineering and earth science institutions. A key milestone of the launch was the signing of a collaboration agreement between ChileValora and REDEG, intended to provide necessary certifications to bridge the gap between academic training and the practical demands of the mining workforce.
