TP PKK and Posyandu teams provide earthquake relief in Manggarai

The Central Posyandu Advisory Team and the TP PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment and Movement Team) visited Posyandu Beawaek in the Manggarai Regency of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) to strengthen the delivery of basic services.

Safriati Safrizal, Acting General Secretary of the Central Posyandu Advisory Team, noted that Posyandu has undergone a significant transformation. It is no longer solely focused on health services but has expanded to support six areas of Minimum Service Standards (SPM): education, health, public works, housing, public order and protection, and social services.

During the visit to Kampung Lalang in Cibal Barat, the teams distributed extensive aid to support earthquake recovery efforts. The relief supplies included mattresses, tarpaulins, food packages, blankets, towels, school supplies, hygiene kits, and various nutritional products such as milk and snacks to assist residents during the post-disaster recovery period.
