Tópico expands modular warehouse operations in Minas Gerais
Tópico, a Brazilian company specializing in the manufacture, sale, and rental of modular steel and canvas warehouses, is expanding its operations in Minas Gerais. To increase regional service capacity and storage, the company has relocated its branch from Belo Horizonte to a larger facility in Contagem.
The expansion is primarily driven by the mining sector. Because modular structures can be disassembled and moved as mining operations shift locations, they are highly valued for following the progress of ore extraction. Tópico reports that demand for these structures in Minas Gerais grew by approximately 18% in 2025.
The company expects to reach a revenue of approximately R$ 30 million in Minas Gerais by the end of this year. Looking further ahead, Tópico projects a 25% growth in its Minas Gerais business by 2027. Nationally, the company aims for a revenue of R$ 300 million in 2026, serving various sectors beyond mining.
