Trabzon announces winners for Atapark Culture and Art Center project

The Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality has announced the results of the National Architectural Project Competition for the new Culture and Art Center planned for Atapark. The competition aimed to select a high-quality project to enhance the city's social, cultural, and spatial potential while improving public access to arts and culture.

A total of 48 projects participated in the competition. The first prize was awarded to project number 26 (alias 21086), designed by a team led by architect Buğrahan Miraç Eser, including architects T. Didem Altun, Yenal Akgün, and Hikmet Gökmen.

In addition to the top three winners, the jury selected five projects for honorable mentions and three projects deemed worthy of purchase. The competition process was completed according to the specified schedule to ensure the project contributes to the identity and image of Trabzon.
