Trabzon hosts cross-cultural wedding for Turkish engineer and Kenyan bride

Software engineer Selçuk Ege Aker and Stella Chepkoech, a Kenyan national, celebrated their wedding in Trabzon, Turkey. The couple originally met through social media approximately five years ago while Aker was living and working in Canada.

During the wedding festivities, the bride and her family participated in local Black Sea traditions, including dancing the horon to regional music and sampling local cuisine such as Trabzon pide. Following the ceremony, the couple plans to continue their lives together in Canada.
