Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality begins 11km water pipeline project in Şalpazarı

The Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality, through the TİSKİ General Directorate, is constructing an 11,000-meter drinking water pipeline in the Şalpazarı district. The project specifically targets the Kuzuluk and Gökçeköy neighborhoods to strengthen existing infrastructure and resolve local water supply issues.

Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Metin Genç stated that the municipality is continuing infrastructure investments across all districts to meet the needs of citizens. The goal of the project is to provide high-quality, healthy, and sustainable water services to the region. Similar infrastructure works have recently been completed or are ongoing in other districts, including Düzköy and Vakfıkebir.
