Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality to build child-friendly library in Arsin

Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality has signed a contract for a new child-friendly central library project in the Arsin district. The project, valued at approximately 17.6 million TL, aims to transform an existing structure into a modern facility designed to support early reading habits and social development.

The renovated library will feature specialized reading areas, play zones, and various workshops tailored to children's developmental needs. Improvements to the facility include updated exterior facades, new windows and doors, renovated restrooms (including disabled access), and a kitchen area. Additionally, the building's interior courtyard will be enclosed with solar-controlled tempered laminated glass to create a more functional space, alongside new flooring and lighting systems.
