Trabzonspor close to Felipe Augusto move to Zenit while scouting Bamba Dieng

Trabzonspor is on the verge of completing the transfer of Brazilian forward Felipe Augusto to Russian club Zenit. The deal is valued at roughly €16 million (about 93 million Brazilian reais) with possible bonuses and a solidarity payment of around €400,000 to Corinthians, the player's former club.

At the same time, the Turkish side is evaluating Senegal international Bamba Dieng of FC Lorient as a potential replacement. The 26‑year‑old striker, whose contract runs until June 2026, is valued at about €15 million and can play both as a centre‑forward and on the left wing. His recent record includes 10 goals and one assist in 22 Ligue 1 appearances.
