Football updates: FC Midtjylland injury crisis and Trabzonspor vs Galatasaray

In Danish football, FC Midtjylland faced significant challenges during their match against OB. Despite an early goal by Friday Etim, the team struggled with a severe injury crisis in defense. Kjell Wätjen was injured during warm-ups, and Magnus Jensen had to be substituted just two minutes into the match. This forced a makeshift defensive line led by Rasmus Nissen Kristensen and Victor Bak. The match was further complicated when Abdou Ndiaye received a red card. Additionally, a group of FC Midtjylland fans was reported to have shouted Nazi slogans in Odense while passing a Palestine demonstration.

In the Turkish Süper Lig, Trabzonspor is set to host Galatasaray. The match marks the debut of Trabzonspor's new head coach, Thomas Reis. Both Aral Simsir and Franculino are expected to start for the home side. Galatasaray enters the match as the undefeated league leaders but will be without star attacker Victor Osimhen due to injury.

In other Danish football news, AC Horsens and AGF played to a 2-2 draw at Hybel Arena, featuring late goals from Jakob Bonde and Ivan Milicevic.
