Trabzonspor signs three players as transfer push continues

Trabzonspor has completed a series of signings ahead of the new season. Midfielder Melih Kabasakal joined from Gaziantep FK on a 2+1 year deal after appearing in 27 Süper Lig matches last season. The club is also close to finalising a contract with national‑team defender Samet Akaydın following the World Cup, and has reached an agreement with winger Metehan Mimaroğlu from Gençlerbirliği, forgoing a €230,000 fee related to Göktan Gürpüz’s loan.

Earlier arrivals this window include Ernest Muçi, Sindy Lopes Cabral, Ruslan Malinovskyi and Noah Saviolo. President Ertuğrul Doğan and coach Fatih Tekke say the aim is to build a competitive, financially sustainable squad capable of challenging for the Süper Lig title, the Turkish Cup and European competition.
