Trabzonspor welcomes Ukrainian midfielder Malinovskyi and Portuguese winger Saviolo

Ukrainian midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi arrived in Trabzon from Genoa and was greeted by club officials and fans at the airport. He said the club’s serious approach, information from former teammates and the prospect of playing in the Europa League influenced his decision. Malinovskyi signed a three‑year contract running to 2029 with a guaranteed €1.5 million salary each season and a €500 000 signing fee.

Portuguese winger Noah Saviolo also landed at Trabzon Airport, where supporters welcomed him with flowers. He highlighted the confidence the club gave him, his desire to develop and contribute, and noted the transfer cost of €8.5 million plus performance bonuses. Both players will undergo medical checks before officially signing and will join the preseason training that begins on 6 July at the Mehmet Ali Yılmaz facilities, followed by a camp in Schladming, Austria. Youth signing Thierry Karadeniz arrived earlier and will also take part in the preparations.
