Trabzonspor targets permanent transfer of Andre Onana

Trabzonspor is pursuing a permanent transfer for Cameroonian goalkeeper Andre Onana. The club aims to secure a five-year contract with the 30-year-old, who has demonstrated strong performance this season with an 89.1% save rate.

Manchester United reportedly seeks a transfer fee of approximately 10 million euros. Trabzonspor management, led by President Ertuğrul Doğan, is working to negotiate a lower fee with the English club. If a deal is reached, the club intends to discuss new financial terms with Onana, potentially asking for salary concessions in exchange for the long-term commitment.

Onana, who currently earns approximately 5.5 million euros annually including signing bonuses, has reportedly expressed satisfaction with his life in Trabzon, which may facilitate the negotiations.
