Trabzonspor to mark 59th anniversary and 50th league title on Aug 2, 2026

Turkish club Trabzonspor will hold a day‑long celebration on 2 August 2026 to mark its 59th founding anniversary and the 50th anniversary of its first Süper Lig championship. The program begins at Ziya Bey with a meeting of officials and fans, followed by a parade to Atatürk Square, a ceremony, and a city tour that will pass historic sites before ending at Papara Park Stadium.

At the stadium, the club will commemorate the 1975‑76 league title with tributes to the players and staff involved, while a nighttime torch‑lit fan parade will illuminate the city. Club chairman Mahmut Ören and the Divan Kurulu have overseen the detailed preparations, inviting supporters from across Turkey and abroad.
