Trabzonspor unites supporters and closes in on Viktor Tsygankov signing ahead of new season

Trabzonspor held a gathering of all its fan groups to create a single, coordinated presence in the stadium for the upcoming season. Club officials, including deputy president Taner Saral, met with representatives of the various supporter groups and agreed to merge under a common banner, position the northern and southern stands together, and replace individual group banners with the club’s emblem.

At the same time, the club has made significant progress in negotiations to acquire Ukrainian winger Viktor Tsygankov from Girona. The two sides have reached a near‑final agreement, with details on the transfer fee and personal terms being discussed. Tsygankov, a versatile attacker who has featured for the Ukraine national team, is expected to strengthen Trabzonspor’s right flank and add depth to the offensive line.
