Tracker Season 4 premiere details and cast updates

CBS has released new images for the fourth season premiere of ‘Tracker’, titled ‘Safe Harbor’, which is scheduled to return on October 4. The premiere episode follows Colter Shaw as he investigates a missing father case linked to criminal operations at the Port of Los Angeles.

Star Justin Hartley confirmed that Jensen Ackles will return as Russell Shaw in the fifth episode of the season. The new season also features guest star Sarah Jane Morris and introduces Cassady McClincy Zhang as a series regular.

In recent interviews, Hartley addressed viewer concerns regarding the high number of fatalities occurring during the show’s cases. He emphasized that the character of Colter Shaw is mortal rather than a superhero, noting the importance of maintaining high stakes and suspenseful, dangerous situations for the protagonist.
