Tractian reaches US$ 1.4 billion valuation after US$ 130 million funding

Brazilian startup Tractian has achieved unicorn status following a US$ 130 million Series D funding round, bringing its valuation to US$ 1.4 billion. This milestone makes it the largest artificial intelligence startup in Latin America, surpassing the legaltech firm Enter, which was valued at US$ 1.2 billion earlier this year.

The funding round was led by Sapphire Ventures and M&G Catalyst, with participation from N47, General Catalyst, Bosch Ventures, 53 Stations, Monashees, Endeavor Catalyst, Norte Ventures, and Y Combinator. The company reported that its annualized revenue exceeded US$ 100 million in September, a significant increase from US$ 40 million in 2024.

Founded in São Paulo in 2019 and now headquartered in the United States, Tractian specializes in industrial sensors and physical AI. The company uses multimodal data interpretation to monitor industrial machinery in real time. The new capital is intended to fund technological advancements, including the development of new sensors and the training of AI models.
