Tradegate AG announces management board changes

Tradegate AG has announced changes to its management board effective October 1, 2026. Long-standing board member Thorsten Commichau will step down from his position for personal reasons.

Commichau has been with the company for 26 years and has served on the management board since January 1, 2006. He is credited with playing a significant role in the development and establishment of the Tradegate Berlin Stock Exchange since 2000.

Joining the company on the same date is Andreas Adam, who will serve as General Authorised Representative and Chief Technology Officer. Adam brings extensive experience as a CIO and CTO, having most recently spent five years as the CIO for SCHUFA Holding AG.
