TradeWindow clarifies strategic nature of Lactalis export deal

TradeWindow Holdings Limited has issued a clarification regarding its agreement to supply Prodoc export documentation software to the global dairy group Lactalis. The company stated that while the partnership is strategically significant, the financial value of the contract does not meet the threshold of a material contract under NZX listing rules.

The software provider will support Lactalis’ export operations across Australia and New Zealand. The partnership follows Lactalis’ recent expansion in the region, including the acquisition of Fonterra’s global consumer and associated businesses, such as the Mainland Group, in March 2026.
