Traditional beverages and tequila production in Mexico

The regions of Jalisco and Guanajuato in Mexico maintain deep culinary and beverage traditions centered around agave and local ingredients. The hacienda offers guided tours that detail the production process from agave harvesting to distillation, alongside tastings in its cellars. The location also functions as an event space and is situated near the Peralta archaeological zone.
