Traditional dining establishments in Segovia and Ibiza

In Segovia, the restaurant ‘El Sitio’ has been serving residents and visitors since 1988. Originally a bar, it expanded into a full restaurant in 2000. The establishment offers a variety of traditional regional dishes, including specialties such as patatas revolconas, judiones de La Granja, cochinillo, and Segovian ponche.

In Ibiza, the historic bar ‘Si Passi’ has reopened in the heart of the city after a five-year closure. Established in 1974, the venue serves as a long-standing community meeting point. Under new management, the bar maintains its traditional Ibicenco flavors and neighborhood character, focusing on tapas and menus in a relaxed atmosphere.
