Trafalgar International shifts strategy to financial services and fintech

Trafalgar International, Inc. has announced a major strategic shift and corporate restructuring. Formerly known as The Greater Cannabis Company, Inc., the firm has completed a legal name change in Florida and is processing updates to its market name, trading symbol, and CUSIP through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Trafalgar Asset Management LLC, the U.S. holding entity of the Trafalgar group, recently acquired control of the company by purchasing all outstanding Series A and Series B Preferred Stock. This acquisition represents approximately 96.62% of the company’s total voting power as of June 29, 2026.

The company is transitioning into a publicly traded acquisition and business development platform. Its new strategy focuses on identifying and growing businesses within the financial services, financial technology (fintech), technology, and intellectual property sectors across the United States and Latin America. While the company retains legacy intellectual property related to delivery technologies, it no longer focuses on the cultivation, production, or sale of cannabis.
