Traffic accident statistics show increases in Alberti and California

In Alberti, Argentina, road accident records indicate a significant upward trend. Data shows that in the first ten months of 2026, 62 accidents were recorded, surpassing the totals for both 2024 (45 accidents) and 2025 (60 accidents). While October 2026 saw a slight decrease compared to the same month in 2025, the cumulative figures for the year remain the highest of the three-year period.

In California, a study conducted by Armando Ceja-Lua at California State University, San Bernardino, identified 131 critical points for fatal traffic accidents in the Inland Empire. Analyzing over 500,000 accidents between 2013 and 2022, the research highlights that San Bernardino County has a higher mortality rate than neighboring regions. The study notes that urban fatalities are frequently linked to pedestrian accidents, while rural risks are driven by head-on collisions and a lack of street lighting.
