Multiple fatal road accidents reported across Italy

Several violent traffic accidents have been reported across different regions of Italy, resulting in multiple fatalities and injuries.

In Piedmont, a three-car collision occurred on the provincial road between Busca and Costigliole Saluzzo near the Granda Zuccheri plant. The crash, which involved an Audi, a minicar, and a Fiat 500X, resulted in the deaths of 22-year-old Samuele Muca and 56-year-old Monica Formiglia. A young woman traveling in the Audi was seriously injured and transported to a hospital in Cuneo.

In Reggio Emilia, 52-year-old Luigi Fornasari, a driver for Borghi Viaggi, died following a collision between his scooter and a car on via Emilia. Preliminary investigations suggest the car may have entered his lane while attempting to overtake a bus.

In Borgoricco, a woman sustained facial injuries after her car collided with an agricultural tractor and struck a heavy tiller. Emergency services, including an air ambulance from Treviso, responded to the scene. Local authorities, including the Carabinieri and Firefighters, are investigating the causes of the collision.
