Traffic accidents reported in Lünen and Ulm

Two separate traffic accidents have been reported in Germany. In Ulm, an ambulance driven by a 19-year-old collided with a transit bus on Olgastraße. The ambulance was operating with blue lights but without a siren at the time of the incident. The collision occurred when the ambulance driver attempted a maneuver near Keltergasse, failing to notice the parallel bus. No injuries were reported, though property damage is estimated at approximately 10,000 euros.

In Lünen, a 22-year-old woman was seriously injured on Jägerstraße after stepping off a transit bus. While the bus was stopped at a station with hazard lights activated, a 32-year-old driver attempted to pass the vehicle. The woman was struck by the passing car and thrown onto its hood. Emergency services treated the woman at the scene before transporting her to a hospital, where her life was initially considered to be in danger. The driver also sustained minor injuries and was treated at a hospital. Police have launched an investigation into the cause of the accident.
