Traffic accidents reported in Saltillo and Tihuatlán

Two separate vehicle accidents have been reported in Mexico. In Saltillo, a tractor-trailer attempting a lane change on the Luis Echeverría Álvarez peripheral struck a Nissan Pick Up. The impact propelled the pickup into concrete walls. While a father and son traveling in the pickup were uninjured, the child suffered a nervous crisis due to the collision. Municipal transit authorities managed the scene, and the tractor-trailer's insurance provider covered the material damages.

In Tihuatlán, Veracruz, a Chevrolet Cavalier sustained severe damage after colliding with a three-ton Ford truck transporting oranges on the Tuxpan-Totomoxtle highway. The National Guard responded to the scene to coordinate vehicle removal, which caused partial lane closures. Preliminary reports indicate the incident resulted in material damage, though official confirmation regarding the health of the occupants was not immediately available.
