In Honduras, the National Directorate of Roads and Transport (DNVT) announced it will maintain public services on Monday, September 14, despite a government holiday for public employees. Offices in Tegucigalpa, including the Santa Cruz and San Angel locations, will remain open for driver's license renewals, fine payments, and conciliation hearings.

However, administrative services will be suspended on Tuesday, September 15, as police personnel are reassigned to manage traffic and security during independence day parades. Normal operations are scheduled to resume on Wednesday, September 16.

In Ecuador, the Metropolitan Transit Agency (AMT) has issued an alert regarding technical failures in the National Transit Agency’s (ANT) SUIT platform. These intermittent system issues in Quito may disrupt vehicle registration, ownership transfers, and permit renewals. The AMT is coordinating with the ANT to restore services and advises citizens to monitor official channels before attempting procedures.
