Traffic fines in Croatia and ticketing issues in Montenegro

In Croatia, motorists face a 130 euro fine for driving significantly slower than the flow of traffic or the maximum speed limit if they fail to pull over and allow following vehicles to pass safely. Additionally, drivers moving at less than half the maximum allowed speed must use hazard lights, a violation of which carries a 30 euro fine.

In Montenegro, the Center for Investigative Journalism (CIN-CG) reported that Railway Transport of Montenegro (ŽPCG) failed to dispute specific evidence regarding issues with its online ticket sales system. The evidence cited by CIN-CG includes dated documents, photographs, and screenshots demonstrating that electronic tickets can be falsified using identical QR codes and ticket numbers.
