Traghetto LLC and Chef Kenjiro Hashida launch Aomori Hiba Kombucha

Traghetto LLC has announced the joint development of a specialized Kombucha brand, ‘Aomori Hiba Kombucha - HIBA’, in collaboration with renowned chef Kenjiro Hashida. The product utilizes selected Hiba from Aomori Prefecture to capture the aromatic essence of the region.

Kenjiro Hashida, who leads establishments such as Hashida Tokyo and IYASAKA by Hashida in Singapore, designed the product's label, which features an artistic representation of the chemical structure of hinokitiol, a key component of Aomori Hiba. The beverage is intended for exclusive pairings at Hashida's restaurants and special events, as well as for purchase at his locations.
