Tragic accidents involving minors reported in Mexico and Spain

In Bahía de Kino, Mexico, a two-year-old child from Nogales died following an accidental drowning in a private swimming pool on Friday. In Palma, Spain, a minor riding a bicycle under the influence of alcohol collided with a scooter user on the Paseo Marítimo. Witnesses reported the minor was performing a wheelie and riding against traffic when the collision occurred. The scooter driver sustained a foot injury and was transported to a medical center for potential fractures and contusions. Local police confirmed the minor tested positive for alcohol during a breathalyzer test.
