Trail running competitions held in Dubrovnik and Slatina

Several trail running events took place in Croatia on October 24, 2026. In Dubrovnik, the Dubrovnik Spartan Trail featured a demanding 50-kilometer course through rocky terrain, including the Sniježnica and Malaštica massifs. Hrvoje Grgić of Atletski klub Borik secured first place in his age category with a time of 7:52:06, placing sixth overall.

In Slatina, the 11th edition of the Popišanac Trail served as the final round of the Slavoniansko-baranjska trail league. Despite rainy and muddy conditions, the event included the 14-kilometer Mali Popišanac and the 25-kilometer Veliki Popišanac. Winners included Dino Jurić and Danijela Kuna for the shorter distance, and Stjepan Žanić and Jasna Plemeniti for the longer race.
