Trajko Bojkovski trial: Elderly survivors testify in Kumanovo

The trial of Trajko Bojkovski continued at the Kumanovo Basic Court, where the defendant faces charges of four murders and two attempted murders of women in the Stara Nagoricana municipality.

Two elderly survivors from the village of Çelopek provided traumatic testimonies. Rosanka Trajkovska, 87, testified that Bojkovski attacked her in her home on February 9, 2025, beating her for approximately an hour with his hands and a phone. She reported that he attempted to sexually assault her before fleeing when he heard a noise.

Sllobodka Arsovska, 83, testified that Bojkovski entered her home in July and attempted to strangle her. She managed to call out for her son, which caused the attacker to flee. Prosecutor Ljubomir Lape noted that the testimonies of both women align with the indictment.

Defense attorney Toni Cvetkovski has requested that the court call psychiatric and psychological experts to testify regarding the defendant's profile and the potential risk of recidivism.
