Andalusia offers 265 properties for residential and industrial use
The Housing and Rehabilitation Agency of Andalusia (AVRA) has launched a public call to sell 265 properties as part of its 2026 Annual Asset Disposal Program. The total offering has a starting value of 20.72 million euros and includes residential, industrial, and commercial land, as well as garages and storage rooms.
The sale includes parcels for affordable housing in Málaga and Sevilla, which will be distributed through auctions and tenders. Specifically, twelve parcels in Málaga's historic center and Casariche are designated for affordable housing projects. Additionally, the program features 112 industrial plots across Almería, Cádiz, Jaén, and Sevilla, covering a total area of over 119,000 square meters.
While residential plots for protected housing will primarily be handled via tender, other assets will be processed through public auctions.
