Tramandaí man arrested for killing birds in public square
A man was arrested in Tramandaí, Rio Grande do Sul, after being caught near dead quero-quero birds in a square in the São José neighborhood. The incident occurred on a Saturday afternoon following reports of animal cruelty.
According to the Tramandaí Municipal Guard, the suspect was found holding an object resembling an umbrella handle near the deceased birds.
