Tramandaí man arrested for suspected animal cruelty

A man was arrested in flagrante in Tramandaí, Brazil, following reports of animal cruelty. The incident was triggered by a video showing a dog with open wounds on its rear and difficulty walking.

Environmental police (PATRAM) inspected an aviary where they found a Rottweiler in poor condition, appearing hungry and struggling to move. The dog was rescued and taken to a municipal kennel for care. The suspect was taken to a medical unit and subsequently to a police station for legal proceedings.
