Tramandaí secures R$ 26 million for infrastructure and women's services
The City of Tramandaí has announced significant investments aimed at urban development and social support. The municipal government has secured R$ 26 million in financing through the Transformar Program, sourced from the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF) and operated via the Regional Development Bank of the Far South (BRDE).
These funds are earmarked for various infrastructure projects, including the remodeling of Nova Tramandaí, revitalization of the Beira-Rio boardwalk, duplication of Avenida Flores da Cunha, and the construction of new operational bases for both the Municipal Guard and the Emergency Mobile Care Service (Samu).
Additionally, the city has officially launched construction for the Casa Amarelas Women's Reference Center. Located on Avenida Flores da Cunha, this facility will provide psychological, social, and legal assistance, as well as professional training spaces and a multi-use area to support women's autonomy and rights.
