Tramonti to host Namasté Praiano wellness festival

The seventh edition of Namasté Praiano, a festival dedicated to yoga, wellness, and holistic disciplines, is scheduled to take place from September 4 to 6, 2026. This year, the event will be held in Tramonti, specifically in the Novella district.

The festival aims to promote sustainable experiential tourism within the Amalfi Coast by utilizing the natural landscape of forests, trails, and vineyards. The program includes various outdoor activities such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini yoga, alongside breathwork, mindfulness, shiatsu, and sound meditation. Additionally, participants can engage in trekking through chestnut groves to foster direct contact with the local environment.
