Trani hosts second South Vibes cross-training competition
The second edition of South Vibes, a cross-training competition, took place at the port of Trani, Italy. The event drew 320 athletes from Italy and abroad, including participants from Germany and Poland, nearly tripling the attendance of the inaugural edition.
The competition featured three distinct workouts designed to test strength, endurance, body control, technical ability, and strategy. The final session focused on strength-based exercises to provide a spectacle for the attending public. Athletes competed in individual and team formats across four categories: elite, regular, beginner, and master.
Organized by the Trani Barbell Club and led by international trainer and judge Rudy Mesaroli, the event is recognized as one of the Great Events of the Puglia Region. Mesaroli stated the goal was to share the competitive experience with the public and allow visiting athletes to discover the beauty and culinary traditions of Trani.
